Fee transparency
We work exclusively for you, never for a dealer. The concierge fee, registration paperwork and delivery inside Ukraine are written down and signed off before we place a single bid, so the figure you approve is the figure you pay.
Each tier below states what is included, what our team handles end to end, and where your responsibility ends.

We represent the buyer only. No dealer pays us a commission, so nothing is baked into the price you see. The retainer covers research and inspection work; the success fee falls due after you approve a specific car.

The concierge fee is quoted separately from the vehicle price. If we do not find a vehicle that meets your criteria, you pay the retainer only and the success fee is waived in full. Read the satisfaction guarantee or model your own numbers with the purchase budget.
Purchase budget
Set the vehicle price and the city where you want the keys. The figure adds our concierge fee, registration paperwork and delivery inside Ukraine.
Estimated purchase budget
Non-binding estimate. The concierge fee is 2.5% of the vehicle price, with a minimum of EUR 1,900. Registration paperwork is EUR 280. Delivery is EUR 350 in Kyiv, EUR 480 in Odesa, EUR 420 in Lviv and EUR 620 to another Ukrainian city. Purchase funds stay in escrow until you sign the written go.

Satisfaction guarantee
Our success fee follows a result. The search brief defines that result in writing before we spend a single hour in the market, and it decides whether we invoice you at all.

Thirty calendar days from the date the brief is signed. If we need more time, we ask in writing and extend the search at no additional fee.
If no candidate meets every mandatory criterion inside the window, the success fee is waived in full. You pay for the vehicle and for nothing else.
Any reservation deposit held on a vehicle we proposed is returned within five business days of the search closing without a match.
It does not cover a brief that you change mid search, a withdrawal after a vehicle passes independent inspection, or a rejection on grounds outside the criteria we agreed together.
