Every stage of a luxury car purchase in Ukraine is handled on your side of the table: sourcing, independent inspection, VIN verification, registration paperwork and delivery to any major Ukrainian city.
Sellers pay us nothing, so no listing is ever pushed your way for a hidden commission. You see the full vehicle dossier before money moves, and you approve each step in writing.
Scope of engagement
Every mandate runs through the same six stages. Each one is documented, and each one stays under your sign-off before the next begins.
We work exclusively for you, never for a dealer. No hidden commissions, no seller-side rebates.
We start with your criteria: model and trim, budget ceiling, acceptable mileage, service history and colour tolerance. Nothing is sourced until that brief is agreed in writing.
Our buyers work German, Polish, Dutch, Belgian and Swiss dealer networks, auction houses and private collections, so the right car is found at market value rather than at listing price.
An engineer who does not work for the seller inspects the car on site: paint thickness, undercarriage, electronics, consumables and service records, all photographed.
Every candidate passes a VIN check against manufacturer and registry databases, plus accident, mileage and lien records, before we recommend a single euro of spend.
We negotiate directly with the seller as your representative, using inspection findings and market comparables, then confirm the agreed figure and payment schedule in writing.
After the written go, purchase funds stay in escrow. We prepare registration paperwork in your name and hand the car over in Kyiv, Odesa, Lviv or the city you name.
Provenance
Every shortlisted vehicle leaves a paper trail. We build it ourselves, in this order, and hand it over with the keys.
The 17-digit identifier is decoded against factory build data, then matched to auction sheets and registration records in the country of origin.
Service entries, odometer readings and insurance claims are compared across databases. Gaps in the record are reported, never smoothed over.
An inspector we hire, not the seller, measures paint depth, checks structural repairs and electronics, then files photographs and readings.
Registration and handover
After the written go, we prepare the registration file, keep the purchase in escrow until the dossier matches the car, and deliver it inside Ukraine.

We accompany first registration, match the VIN to the dossier one last time, and collect the plate and technical passport.
Covered transport to Kyiv, Odesa, Lviv, Dnipro, Kharkiv or any other city, with a signed handover protocol and photo record on arrival.
